Hong Kong Local Shipping
Terms - Applicable to Hong Kong Local ShippingDelivery Charge & Payment: All Hong Kong local shipping is paid on delivery.
Delivery Service Providers: All HK local order will be delivered by SF Express.
Delivery Arrangement: All delivery will be arranged within 2 calendar days after the payment is confirmed.
Delivery Time: We expect that it takes around 2-4 working days based on local SF Express service under the normal situation.
Oversea Shipping (including non-Hong Kong area, Mainland China, Taiwan and Macau)
Terms - Applicable to non-Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan and Macau area (International Delivery)
Delivery Charge & Payment: All international delivery fee is directly charged on the purchase order. Delivery fee is calculated based on destination countries, weight of products.
Delivery Service Providers: All items will be delivered by Hong Kong SpeedPost (EMS), UPS, FedEx, DHL, S.F. Express, or other international delivery service providers, depending on the shipping address. Wear43way will choose the delivery service providers and one of the key choosing factors is the price (lower price as our first priority).
Delivery Arrangement: All delivery will be arranged within 3 calendar days after the payment is confirmed.
Delivery Time: We expect that it takes around 7-14 working days based on delivery service provider under the normal situation. Delivery Standard excludes day of posting and time spent on customs clearance.
Custom Duties and Tax: Hong Kong will not charge any export custom duties. We will do our best effort to protect international customers from incurring additional fees. However, please kindly note that ALL import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and these charges are all the buyer's responsibility. International customers need to bear all risks, included damage or lose stocks through the post office and custom office. We recommend the international buyers who check with their country's customs office to determine what these additional cost will be prior to bidding or buying.
We will cancel the whole order without the prior notices if the product is not allowed for the international shipping.

Track and Trace
Online tracking number will be uploaded your account’s order history page on web to track the delivery status after parcels are being posted. If it is paid by PayPal, it also will be recorded on PayPal and sent to your PayPal account’s email or the email you entered when you create the web account. Please make sure your email address is valid, otherwise, you may not receive the tracking information.
After Shipment
Tenant’s presence at the shipping address is required for signing of parcel during delivery.
If you refuse delivery and the package is returned to Wear43way, you agree to forfeit the package. There will not be refund for product(s) and related cost.
Insurance
We will not purchase any insurance for all delivery orders (both local and overseas). The customer is responsible for the loss of shipping by himself/ herself. If the customer needs to pay for additional insurance for their goods, please contact us directly.
